Effect of Sr-doping toward the optoelectrical ZnO properties
The current study focuses on how Sr doping affects ZnO's structural, optical, optoelectronic,
transport, and dielectric properties. Sr-doped ZnO nanoparticles were produced using a
simple sol-gel process with a hydrothermal step procedure. Regarding Zn content, the Sr-
