Effect of Zn dopant on SnO2 nano-pyramids for photocatalytic degradation

Abstract SnO 2 and Zn doped SnO 2 nano-pyramids were fabricated by automatic jet
nebulized spray pyrolysis technique. The morphology and structural evolution were
successfully controlled. The X-ray diffraction pattern showed the rutile tetragonal phase for
pure and Zn doped SnO 2. As the dopant concentration increases, the transmittance and
