In this study the factors and problems which prevent the diffusion of integrated pest management (IPM) applications aiming human and environment conservation and sustainable agriculture, and the suggestions are examined in the concept of vegetable growing greenhouse. Data is collected from the technical personal working in the department of agriculture of seven provinces and districts. These provinces are chosen because IPM projects are carried out in these provinces. It is found that the main restrictions in extension of IPM are the withholding of different price applications and input support. In order to accelerate the adaptation incentive measures must be taken about price and input support, and participatory approaches must be applied in extension.
