Resumo. Atualmente, existem vários estudos cientıficos com o objetivo de reduzir as consequências negativas das filas de espera, pois a falta de um planejamento adequado nas filas causa um grande transtorno aos usuários de um sistema. Este artigo apresenta uma proposta para reduzir os aspectos negativos das filas de restaurantes universitários. E descrito um modelo de fila que utiliza o conceito de fila virtual e é acessado através de um aplicativo móvel.
