Variability, correlation and Path coefficient among eight horticultural characters of twenty
bitter gourd hybrids were studied. High genotypic (GCV) and phenotypic coefficient of

The study consisted of thirty genotypes including two checks viz., Pusa Do Mausami and
Pusa Vishesh, and exhibited the maximumphenotypic coefficient of variability in number of
fruits per plant. All the characters showed high heritability except average fruit weight which
