This paper studies the problem of designing H∞ controllers for networked control systems
(NCSs) with both network-induced time delay and packet disordering. A delay switching-
based method is proposed to model the NCSs with long time delay as switched systems,
then by an algorithm involving convex optimisation, H∞ controllers are designed by using

The article is concerned with the design of H∞ controller for networked control systems
