This chapter analyses the impact of the export supply chain of fresh fruit and vegetables
(FFVs) from Senegal to the EU on small farmers in Senegal. It analyses how the structure of
the export supply chain in Senegal has changed in response to tightening food standards
and changing coordination in global FFV value chains, and investigates the impact for the
