In this paper, a method for dynamics simulation of articulated multi rigid body system is
presented. We simulate a model of a hand, using constraints to express joints, motors and
contacts between the bodies. The basic ideas of rigid body simulation and constraints are
explained. Using contacts as a signal for motors, we create a physically valid motion of the
hand model.
