Abstract
Quality human resources are strengths in a company, and the success of the company's development is determined by employee satisfaction. The research aims to assess Hygiene Factor and its effect on the work satisfaction of employees' Operations and Maintenance of Power Plant PT PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora in Sumbawa Regency. Research is conducted using associative methods. The research samples are the employees of the Operations and Maintenance of Power Plant amounted to 34 people. Data collection refers to the questionnaire and data analysis is done with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that interpersonal relationships with co-workers and health have a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Interpersonal relationships with superiors; occupational safety and security; company policies and regulations; supervision method; salary has no significant effect on employee satisfaction. Performance appraisal can be a fundamental consideration of policymakers in managing companies.
