The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old woman suffering from Hyperostosis
frontalis interna (HFI). The patient complained of fatigue, decreased speech, and motor
movements since five years. She also showed symptoms of depression and Parkinson's
disease. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging revealed that she was suffering from HFI.
Single-photon emission computed tomography of her brain showed a decline in blood flow
in the left frontal region.
