In addition to multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) it was found that there were
statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in three of
the five motor variables in favor of the experimental group (p= 0.00). In general, it can be
concluded that the application of the experimental treatment for 10 weeks in the
experimental group led to an increase, improved results in variables Push-ups, body folding
30 s and pull-ups in high jump on the shaft.
