Numerous techniques can be used for Congestion Management. This Paper presents an effective methodology of Congestion Management by analyzing Linear Sensitivity Factors. IEEE 30 bus system is considered for congestion management. Parameters of this bus system are modified but the basis structure is predefined by IEEE. To reduce congestion of identified bus Distributed Generator is used. All parameters are measured by using different meters which are practically available. Also the system work is implemented & analyzed in MATLAB.
