Autoimmune hypophysitis is a rare complication of immune checkpoint inhibitors. Immune
checkpoint inhibitors have been used for advanced stages of melanoma, renal cell
carcinoma, and lung cancer. Multiple endocrinopathies, among them hypophysitis, could
result as a reverse event from this therapy. MRI is the imaging modality of choice and usually
