The software for flat miniature heat-pipe parameters (Qmax, Rhp, temperature field along the
pipe surface, heat transfer coefficients in the evaporator and condenser zones he, hc, etc.)
prediction and numerical modeling was developed. The experimental data received for the
flat miniature heat pipe (2.5–4 mm thickness, 50–250 mm length, 8–11 mm width) with a
copper sintered powder wick saturated with water were compared with the data of numerical
