Pertraction of copper (II) ions in aqueous solutions by means of emulsion liquid membrane
(ELM) was studied with applying design of experiments, central composition design. The
liquid membrane phase consisted of M2EHPA/D2EHPA, n-Hexane and Span 80 as carrier,
organic diluent, and non-ionic surfactant, respectively. The internal phase was sulfuric acid
