The present research was conducted to model potential mechanisms through which IGFBPs
might be affected by a key proinflammatory response initiating cytokine tumor necrosis factor
(TNF-)-α. Madin–Darby bovine kidney epithelial (MDBK) cells, known to release IGFBPs in
