Warniak in the Mazurian Lakeland, Poland. The ellipsoidal spores are 9.5-10.8× 8.0-9.5 µm
in size and are characterized by a large, conspicuous structure. Under phase contrast
microscopy, the outer layer of the shell is strongly refractive, giving the appearance of a
black outer cover. Markings are occasionally visible. The new species is differentiated from
the 4 other species recorded from this host by a number of characteristics.
