Nanoporous Au attracts great technological interest and it is a promising candidate for
optical and electrochemical sensors. In addition to nanoporous Au leafs and films, recently,
interest was focused on nanoporous Au micro-and nano-structures on surfaces. In this work
we report on the study of the characteristics of nanoporous Au structures produced on
