The last decade has brought about a synergy of influences for registered nurses to advance
their academic preparation. Literature indicates that there is correlation between self-efficacy
and goal establishment and success. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the
relationship between self-efficacy and advancing academic aspirations of registered nurses.
