The purpose of this research is to understand how the concept of good corporate governance applied to the Islamic business units owned by BRI. In this research, researchers tried to decipher what is known about the informant GCG principles and their application in the BRI Shariah. The concept of corporate governance plays an important role in achieving the company's goals are healthy and can be accounted for either in the world or in the hereafter.
