Running text is an information media packed in an attractive manner.In general,information changes on running text still use Bluetooth and sms connectivity.Bluetooth connectivity is limited and requires cost via sms.In this degree,the author plan “Running Text based Internet Of Things(IOT),” which is controlled via an android smartphone.ESP8266 an intermediary tool to connect the device to the internet network so that the device can be connected to an android smartphone.arduino uno read data from paltform thingspeak via internet.Data is a command for changing an information according the user want from user application.Delay from the user application for changing information is around 3-6 second.This is influenced by the internet network.
