Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a multicarrier modulation scheme which utilizes the spectrum effectively, simple design complexity and less exposure to echoes. As OFDM-system provides these benefits, it is adopted in 4th generation wireless scheme because of these major advantages. The major requirement for OFDM system is to lower the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) to meet the needs of 5G network. Different types of modulation have been recommended for OFDM in order to satisfy the above requirement such as precoding, subband filtering and pulse shaping. In this paper, uniform amplitude with polyphase sequences known as Zadoff Chu (ZC) sequences is used for MIMO-OFDM system which low of out of band radiation. ZC sequences bears admirable correlation features and are used to precode the transmitting data to minimize the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) of MIMO-OFDM system. Simulation represents the ZCT precoding technique reduces the ratio of PAPR significantly.
