This pandemic situation of Covid-19 has hit the world in an abhorrent way. This study is a small endeavor to explore the impact of mindfulness & subjective vitality on spiritual intelligence and the impeding effect of stress on these three personality dimensions, during the initial lockdown period in India. The objectives of the paper include studying the relationship between mindfulness and spiritual intelligence, investigating the impact of subjective vitality onspiritual intelligence and estimating the impeding effect of stress on spiritual intelligence, subjective vitality and mindfulness. Primary data was accumulated through online circulation of questionnaires on professional networking websites and a total of 473 fit responses were collected by the participants, working at lower & middle level management positions in various organizations in India. The data is then analyzed on Smart PLS 3.3.2 software. Structural analysis is applied which provides evidence of significant positive effect of mindfulness on spiritual intelligence. Further, a positive impact of subjective vitality is seen on spiritual intelligence and a significant negative effect of stress is seen on spiritual intelligence, subjective vitality and mindfulness. The practical and theoretical implications associated with the study are also discussed.
