We would like to thank the discussants for their insight and efforts in producing this
entertaining and thoughtful discussion. We believe that they have raised interesting points
regarding our analysis and have made valuable contributions that suggest ways to build on
our original idea. Our response focuses on four main points:(1) incorporating data into the
