Remote monitoring systems are diverse; in this paper, we have combined all possible systems and classified the architecture of the structure of these systems from the point of view of healthcare informatics. Remote monitoring systems are classified according to the nodes' interaction features, to the distribution of system functions, as well as according to the algorithms for the functioning of the system.
