Scattering matrix for the two-solenoid Aharonov-Bohm effect

The scattering matrix is calculated for electrons scattering on two infinitely thin parallel
solenoids. The Hamiltonian is chosen as a self-adjoint extension of the symmetric differential
operator−(ℏ 2 2m) Δ specified by some boundary conditions on a cut. Using the previously
derived description of the domain for such a Hamiltonian one is able to obtain the scattering
matrix from the stationary picture.
