AimSeroprevalence study in Irula tribe of Marakkanam, Tamil Nadu State was carried out for
certain bacterial (typhoid, syphilis and leptospirosis) and viral infection (hanta, hepatitis B
and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)). ResultHighest seroprevalence was observed for
