The meaning that people attribute to work has emerged in various artistic representations since the paintings drawn on the cave wall long ago. When artistic representations are accepted as the meaning placed by a society, the discourses of symbolic interactionism theory are effective. Symbols are important in terms of having the same meaning for a certain society. The facts of a society, which cannot be reached by different research methods, are revealed with the study of artistic representations. In this study, it was aimed to examine the representations of human resources management and organizational behavior in cinema films and make meaningful inferences within the framework of these disciplines.
