Among the pod borers, the following species were predominant: Maruca testulalis [M. vitrata], Helicoverpa armigera, Cydia ptychora [Leguminivora ptychora], Lampides boeticus, Exelastis atomosa and Etiella zinckenella. Data on the percentage of pod damage caused by individual species of pod borers are given.
