A 58-year-old woman presented with a history of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus
(SCLE) for the past 6 years, associated with photosensitivity, arthralgia, and fatigue. There
was no evidence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or any history of exposure to drugs
known to induce SCLE. Previous treatments included hydroxychloroquine sulfate, dapsone,
prednisone, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil, topical corticosteroids, and tacrolimus
