Long-period surface waves with periods between 40 and 200 seconds allow for the
investigation of structure in Earth's lithosphere and upper asthenosphere. In a homogenous
3-D Earth, a surface wave will be observed to arrive at a station along the great circle path.
However, in heterogeneous structure, arrival angles deviate from this path. The USArray
