The purpose of this research was to design of strategies in development Iran elite sport. The
statistical population of this study included 850 managers and the elite sport experts and
physical education faculty members in Iran. 25 elite sport experts were chosen purposely to
qualitative samples. And based on Morgan table 265 persons were cluster-randomly
