This study aims to assess the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource
competencies in King Hussein Business Park (KHBP). The study population included senior
and middle management managers in major companies within the park, with a total of 382
managers, and 269 questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed that there is a
positive impact of AI on HR skills in KHBP, indicating the importance of using technology to
improve work efficiency and human resource management.
Abstract
