In this work Aloe vera gel (AV) alone or with the addition of 10 or 2% rosehip oil was used as
fruit edible coatings in a wide range of Prunus species and cultivars: peaches ('Roma'and 'B-
424-16'flat type), plums ('Red Beauty'and 'Songria'), nectarine ('Garofa') and sweet cherry
