The work is based on measurements of starch content in tubers of medium early edible
potato cultivars, taken in 2010-2013. The data were recorded by six COBORU (Research
Centre for Cultivar Testing) stations located in various regions of Poland. Variance analysis
was conducted following a three-way cross-classified model with one observation within the
sub-class. A significant effect of locations, study years and cultivars on starch content was
