The influence of electron beams to structure parameters of multi walled carbon nanotube

This study explored the use of a high energy electron beam to multi-walled carbon nanotube
(MWCNT) cell parameters and nanocrystallite size. Liner electron accelerator Electron U-
003 was used to irradiate with~ 2 MeV. Samples irradiated at fluence 2.3× 10 17 electron/cm
2, 3.1× 10 17 electron/cm 2, 4.0× 10 17 electron/cm 2 and 5.1× 10 17 electron/cm 2. X-ray
diffraction (XRD) analysis and Raman spectroscopy were performed on non irradiated and
