Reading comprehension is the ability that people have to understand what they read; hence,
the purpose of the research was to implement a pedagogical project for the development of
inferential reading comprehension of children's stories in students of the third grade of
elementary school at the Ana Joaquina Rodríguez Institution in Cañaverales, San Juan del
