The structural, morphological and magnetic force microscopy studies of highly crystalline cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) fibers

Cobalt ferrite fibers were synthesized by electrospinning technique. The structural studies
were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), which showed an average crystallite size of 34
nm. Morphology of CoFe2O4 fibers was studied using transmission electron microscopy
(TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), which revealed the formation of fibers with
average fiber diameter of 220 nm. Further the magnetic behavior of the CoFe2O4 was
