A hydrodynamic shear mixing layer experiment at the National Ignition Facility had
previously demonstrated Eulerian scaling of integrated, late-time quantities, including
turbulent kinetic energy. In this manuscript, the experiment is repeated with new materials.
Using the new dataset, we demonstrate that Euler-number scalings hold not just for late
time, but dynamically throughout the experiment, for measurements in all three spatial
