The current study aimed to detect the vocational adjustment level of employees at Irbid University College, and to achieve this goal the study tool; vocational adjustment measurement was developed by the researcher and implemented, after confirming its constancy, stability, and truthfulness, which consist of (36) paragraphs spreading over four dimensions (The reality of work climate, physical income, relationship with co-workers, and relationship with management) on the study populations which consist of (141) employees, and the respondents of (121) of those were subject to the statistical analysis.
