The purpose of this study is to reduce fatigue on the workers because of poor ergonomic design which lead to high cycle time in assembly process in XYZ Company in India. Two important tools namely Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) are used to achieve the purpose and some recommendations are made in order to reduce fatigue on workers. The current assembly process includes move, lift, load and unloads materials which cause various risks of health. Reducing such risks will reduce fatigue on workers and increase efficiency of workers which lead to reduced cycle time.
